IT Operations Intelligence Platform ("ITOps", "we", "us") provides an IT operations platform for teams to solve problems, manage cases, and share knowledge. This policy describes what information we collect through the app and how we use it.
Account information you provide directly: name, email address, and organization details.
Content you create in the app: cases, knowledge articles, community posts and comments, troubleshooting sessions, and any text you submit to the AI-powered tools (Problem Solver, Log Analyzer, Script Generator, Troubleshooting Wizard).
Usage data: which tools and features you use, timestamps, and basic device/browser information, collected for security (rate limiting, audit logs) and product-improvement purposes.
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from that provider, subject to your consent during that provider's own sign-in flow.
To provide the service (authenticating you, storing your organization's cases and knowledge, running the AI tools you invoke), to secure the service (rate limiting, audit logging, abuse prevention), to communicate with you (password resets, invitations, account notices), and to improve the product.
Content you submit to an AI-powered tool is sent to that tool's configured AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or an Azure OpenAI deployment, depending on this deployment's configuration) to generate a response. Avoid pasting secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data into these tools — the Log Analyzer includes a warning for this reason.
We don't sell personal information. We share it with service providers strictly to operate the product (hosting/database, email delivery, the AI provider configured for this deployment) and when required by law.
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details below.
Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. We use rate limiting, CSRF protection, and role-based access control to protect your organization's data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
