ITOps provides tools for IT teams: an AI Problem Solver, Troubleshooting Wizard, Log Analyzer, Script Generator, a Knowledge Base, Case tracking, Community discussion, and a Toolbox of network/security/developer/Microsoft utilities. We may change or discontinue features over time.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Don't use ITOps to submit content you don't have the right to share, to attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, to attack or probe systems you don't own, or to violate applicable law. Don't submit secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data to the AI tools.
The Problem Solver, Log Analyzer, Script Generator, and Troubleshooting Wizard use AI to generate suggestions, scripts, and analysis. This output can be wrong or incomplete — review and test any generated script or command before running it in a production environment.ITOps isn't liable for actions taken based on AI-generated output.
You retain ownership of the cases, knowledge articles, and posts you create. You grant us the right to store and display that content within the app, to the audience your organization's visibility settings specify.
You can stop using ITOps at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ITOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ITOps isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
